Returns and Refunds

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Wedding Shop AU liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us. All of the products that we sell are to be used at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor installation or use. Once shipped, goods become the property of the customer who will then have consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Queensland jurisdiction.

Warranty

Most of products come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturer defects starting from the invoice date. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Our warranty does not apply to any item that has been modified, abused, or misused. Products are not warranted in regards to suitability for your use. The customer is responsible for making sure that the products are suitable for the use they intend.
